Teemsoft, a new start-up iPhone game development company based on Boston and Los Angeles,  has announced that two of its games- CubicMan Deluxe (a classic puzzle game in the history) and Whack the Groundhog- are available at the Apple App Store, at a price of US$4.99 and $1.99 respectively.

Soon after Apple's announcement of the App Store on iTunes, it has been an exciting moment for current iPhone owners and potential iPhone buyers. At the time the App Store was launched, there were 552 applications available in iTunes app store. By July 14, the application downloads have mounted to more than 10 million.

“I’m very pleased to see that despite there are many different features among iPhone Apps, one of the most interesting app categories is games.” commented Mr. William Chen, Chief Executive Officer of Teemsoft, “with its unique features of large LCD screen, sensible touch surface, and web services, iPhone has the power to compete against the existing portable gaming devices such as SONY's PSP and Nintendo's DS.” Mr. William Chen concluded, “More importantly, iPhone is a much stronger social medium compared to the other two devices.”

Whack the Groundhog is a simple kids’ game. It is the same as those real ones in an arcade store, where you spend a dollar to whack the groundhogs after they appear from the holes. What you need to do is simply using your finger to whack the groundhogs. CubicMan Deluxe (YouTube url: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KY4Op82cFOI) was designed as a fun and addictive puzzle game. You roll a cube so it can stand upright and you place it to a checkpoint. But be careful!!! It becomes more difficult as the stage level increases. There are 80 unique puzzles which will give you hours and hours of challenge.  CubicMan Deluxe is sold $4.99 at iTunes store with the following link
